Sandy Morander is a nationally recognized leader in the YMCA Movement, known for leading with culture, putting community first and using collaboration as a catalyst for positive change. Sandy recently concluded a phenomenally successful 38-year YMCA career. Over the course of nearly four decades Sandy worked for five different YMCA associations, filling senior leadership roles in Boston and Dallas, serving last and retiring as CEO of the YMCA of Great San Antonio.
Growth, innovation, and collaboration have been hallmarks of Sandy’s career and will be among the focal points of her consulting work. In partnership with her husband Ron, Sandy has launched The Morander Group. TMG is a boutique consulting firm that specializes in executive leadership services, strategic planning, partnerships, and collaborations. TMG will also focus on accessibility and inclusion work, areas important to the Moranders. All of this, accentuated by Sandy’s energy, optimism and forward lean will serve her clients well. |
